Ireland domestic shipping
Free shipping on all orders. Your slate will be carefully packaged and dispatched within 5–7 business days via An Post. Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days once shipped.
EU shipping
We ship across the EU for €7 per item. Delivery takes 5–10 working days depending on your location. All orders are sent tracked.
Returns
Custom Products
As all our slates are personalised and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. Each piece is created specifically for you based on the details you provide.
Damaged Items
If your slate arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@leocraftco.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Incorrect Orders
